Trixino Account Duplication Policy
Creating multiple accounts at an online casino is a serious violation of terms and conditions. This guide explains the Trixino account duplication policy in detail, helping you understand the rules, the consequences of breaking them, and what to do if you’ve accidentally created a duplicate profile. This is a practical walkthrough to ensure you remain in good standing with Trixino casino.
What Constitutes a Duplicate Trixino Account?
A duplicate account is any secondary profile created by a single individual, household, or IP address. Trixino’s system automatically flags accounts that share identifying information. This includes, but is not limited to, the same name, date of birth, email address, physical residence, payment method details (like credit card number or e-wallet account), and IP address. Even if you use different email addresses, if the underlying personal or technical data matches, it will be identified as a duplicate. The primary reason for this strict policy is to prevent bonus abuse, such as claiming a Trixino no deposit offer or a Trixino bonus multiple times, which is considered fraud.
Consequences of Violating the Policy
The repercussions for deliberately creating multiple accounts are severe and immediate. If Trixino’s security team confirms a policy breach, they will take the following actions without exception. First, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed. Second, any bonuses or winnings obtained through these accounts will be voided and confiscated. This includes funds from a Trixino free spins promotion or any other offer. Finally, any remaining balance in your accounts may be forfeited entirely. In extreme cases of fraud, your details may be shared with other casino operators and industry fraud prevention agencies.
| Violation Type | Typical Consequence | Appeal Possibility |
|---|---|---|
| Accidental Duplicate (e.g., forgotten password) | Accounts merged; original balance restored | High |
| Bonus Abuse Attempt | All accounts closed; all bonuses and winnings forfeited | None |
| Fraudulent Activity | Accounts closed; balances forfeited; details blacklisted | None |
How to Avoid Creating a Duplicate Account
Prevention is always better than cure. Follow these steps to ensure you never accidentally break the rules:
- Always use the «Forgot Password» function if you cannot access your original account instead of registering again.
- Ensure no other member of your household has an account with Trixino before you sign up, as shared IP addresses can trigger alerts.
- Use your own personal payment methods; never use a friend’s or relative’s card to make a deposit.
- If you move house or change your phone number, update your details in your existing account settings rather than starting fresh.
What to Do If You Have a Duplicate Account
If you realize you have more than one account, you must act immediately. Do not attempt to withdraw funds or claim any further promotions. Contact Trixino’s customer support directly via live chat or email. Explain the situation honestly and transparently. You will likely be asked to provide proof of identity (passport, driver’s license) and proof of address (a recent utility bill) to verify your identity for all accounts. The support team will then guide you through the process, which usually involves closing the newer accounts and merging any legitimate balance into your original profile. Prompt and honest communication is key to resolving this without severe penalties.
Understanding Fair Play and Bonus Terms
The core of the duplication policy is tied to bonus terms and conditions. Offers like a Trixino no deposit bonus or a deposit match promo code are intended for new players only. By creating multiple accounts, a player gains an unfair advantage, which is detrimental to the operator and other customers. Always read the full terms associated with any Trixino promo code before claiming it. These terms will explicitly state that the offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address, or device. Adhering to these rules ensures a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for everyone at Trixino casino.
